How to redeem your prize:

Send an email to info @profi-druck .com and include the following:

  • a photo of your rainbow ticket (the scratched-off field must be visible) and
  • the order number of your online store purchase
    You will find this number on the invoice you received with the rainbow ticket or you can log into the Chaosflo44 store, go to My account and then to View orders.

An employee from profi-druck.com will contact you and arrange everything else with you!
We ask for your understanding that the response may take 1-2 working days .
